Welcome to Epix Counseling
I'm Pam Kimmel, a licensed marriage and family therapist with a deep personal and professional commitment to empowering neurodiverse individuals, especially young adults and adults with ADHD and ASD.
I offer client-centered therapy that meets you where you are.
I have a master's degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University and have had the privilege of working with diverse clients – from cancer and AIDS patients to seniors facing dementia and their dedicated caregivers. Plus, I'm married to someone who is neurodiverse, which has given me a unique opportunity to learn firsthand about the challenges and beauty that comes with neurodiversity.
This broad experience has shaped my approach to therapy, but my true passion lies in supporting neurodiverse clients and those navigating neurocognitive challenges.
I believe in treating the whole person, combining traditional therapeutic methods with holistic approaches. My practice is deeply informed by my own journey of personal growth through psychotherapy, spirituality, and meditation.
I am licensed in both California and Pennsylvania.

Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.
Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.
You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
